They start with their best organic maple syrup and age it in recently emptied Bourbon barrels. The syrup draws in the essence of the Bourbon, resulting in one of our most popular varieties to date. Like premium whiskeys, the process takes time, and careful tending. But the result is a sophisticated, non-alcoholic syrup that is the perfect complement to the Windy Point.
