This savory recipe favorite makes 5 to 6 biscuits.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Gluten Free Pancake + Waffle Mix

1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

⅓  cup buttermilk

1 large egg, whisked

1 tablespoon fresh sage

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the Gluten Free Pancake mix and butter with your hands until it is the size of small pebbles.

Add the buttermilk and egg, mixing with a spatula or wooden spoon until just combined.

Add the sage.

Drop the mixture onto the prepared baking tray, and bake for 14 to 16  minutes, or until golden.
