Banana Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

Banana Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

These bites are dangerously good. Like oops ate ‘em all good. It's a quick and easy project for when you need donut holes NOW.

Servings: 10-12 small donut holes

Ingredients

1/2 cup mashed banana

3/4 cup Popcorn Pancake Mix

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spray the basket of air fryer with cooking spray.
  2. Stir together mashed banana and pancake mix to form a shaggy, sticky dough.
  3. Spray hands with cooking spray. Portion dough into tablespoon-ish size lumps and form into balls with greased hands. (Dough balls will increase in size slightly during cooking.)
  4. Place dough balls directly onto air fryer basket. Air fry at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown.
  5. While donut holes cook, combine sugar, cinnamon, and a dash of salt in a small bowl. Melt butter in a separate bowl.
  6. When donut holes are cooked, individually roll them in melted butter and then cinnamon-sugar.

Tips

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

These can also be made in the oven - just bake dough balls on a greased cookie sheet at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
