Ingredients

1 cup Long Table Popcorn Pancake Mix

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons melted butter/oil

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

 

Instructions

  1. Blend the milk, egg, and oil/butter with one cup of fresh spinach.
  2. Add pancake mix and shake.
  3. Fry 'em up hot and ungreased.
