1 cup Long Table Popcorn Pancake Mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter/oil
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
- Blend the milk, egg, and oil/butter with one cup of fresh spinach.
- Add pancake mix and shake.
- Fry 'em up hot and ungreased.
