Heirloom Grain Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1.5 cup Long Table Popcorn Pancake Mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 jar peaches in syrup (approx 28 ounces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place butter into a 9x13 baking dish and place in the oven to melt.
- Combine pancake mix and sugar in a medium bowl.
- Add milk and stir to combine until there are no lumps.
- Carefully remove hot baking dish with melted butter from oven and pour batter directly over butter in baking dish. *Do not stir.*
- Spoon fruit on top of batter and pour syrup on top. *Do not stir.*
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool a bit before serving with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
