She needed nutrient dense foods to get her through her day, and he wanted a reason to invite her to his house! Perfect pancakes are always made with love.

MADE WITH HEIRLOOM GRAINS
Heirloom grains are not the your mother's grains. They are your great great great great grandmother's grains. Unlike modern, heavily industrialied grains (what you're used to seeing at the grocery store), heirloom grains have deep, rich flavor, more fiber, and more minerals and antioxidants. Their gluten strucures (if they have gluten) are also gentler + easier to digest.

Simple Instructions:
- Mix together the egg, the melted butter (you can use oil as well), and the milk (you can use non-dairy milks of all kinds).
